This powerful combination of technical expertise and business acumen enables her to identify and nurture promising B2B technologies effectively. Her professional experience spans industry giants and startups, including roles in logistics and semiconductor procurement at Tesla and Apple, where she managed over $800M USD in spend. As Chief of Staff at Backbone Systems, a tech startup in Mexico City, she honed her skills in strategic insight and product development. Beyond her professional pursuits, Maria is an avid traveler, having visited over 72 countries. These experiences have shaped her global perspective, which she brings to her venture capital and technology work. Her worldview is deeply influenced by the diverse cultures and innovations she has encountered during her travels.
