Jose Luis Sabau
José Luis is a writer who currently serves as Nido’s writer in residence. At Nido, he works on making the best content possible for founders, investors, or anyone interested in entrepreneurship.

Besides his work at Nido, he is also de Special Projects and Content Lead at Desteia, an AI startup revolutionizing logistics in North America. Before Nido, he has written for El País, the Miami Herald, Eje Central. Most of his research focuses on Mexican politics and history, with particular interest in Mexico’s cultural tradition. Currently, he is a columnist at El Sol de México, Excélsior, and Nexos. In his free time, you can find him reading obscure books (and re reading One Hundred Years of Solitude for the billionth time) José Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree with in Political Science and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies, both from Stanford University. He graduated with honors from his undergraduate studies.
